“When we purchased our home in Pointe-Claire in 2009, having an inspection performed was highly recommended to us by friends and our real estate agent due to the age of the home. Charles at Latitude 45 was referred to us by a friend and we were extremely pleased with his service. He was able to perform the inspection with relatively short notice (others had one or two week waiting lists) and did a very thorough inspection. His report was very detailed and included photographs of issues with a recommended course of action, which was incredibly helpful and I still use it as a reference nearly 3 years later. If you have any doubt of his skill, let me leave you with this final point: Our house had sold twice before we purchased it but because of financing problems, both buyers had to back out. However, they had both had their own inspections done by other inspectors and Charles found several issues missed by both inspectors. Luckily none of them were deal-breakers but definitely worth knowing as the owner!”
